Expert Witness

An expert witness is a person who has expertise in specific areas concerned with litigation and who helps a jury to make sense of factual evidence in a case.  Testimony of the expert can educate the jury and the judge and may swing the jury regarding evidence.

DirectCIH provides case development, required sampling, and consultation to build an effective case, or to determine if the case is weak.  The Certified Industrial Hygienists at DirectCIH have years of experience in litigation support for both plaintiffs and defendants, including deposition and trial testimony.
